Two days ago was International Dog's day,
Let's imagine a bit we're in their shoes.

"I woke up today and I heard humans move their feet,
Went straight to their bed and started to lick their faces,
I'm so happy to see them for yet another day,
I love my time with them before their daily races.
One human went in the room with the water running, so noisy,
That room where they wash me and I hate it, but I behave,
And after a wait that seemed infinite, because I missed him so badly,
Human came out and took me for a walk.
I love walks. And my humans. I love time with them,
But walks don't last too long and then humans are gone;
They'll be back hours later, take me out, play a bit
And then off they're to bed, as I'm sad until morning.

I love my humans, I just love them so much,
And I really think that they love me back,
'Cause they pet me and hug me, give me water and food,
I'm so lucky to have them, I just wish they had more time,
I just wish every day they wouldn't have to leave,
Sometimes I steal their slippers or socks so they'd stay home and search for them,
But they don't, they always go, and sometimes they get upset,
But then, when they're back, we're all happy to meet again.
I love my humans, oh boy, I really do
And I don't know who's the good boy, but I'll find out one day
And be better than him so that humans love me more,
I swear that will happen, it'll be as real as human's shoe I chewed on the floor!"
