There's no job description stating
"Minimum 5 years experience of being happy",
There's no corrective actions when you're always cranky
And there's no performance bonus for sharing good energy.
There's no improvement plans based on level of fatigue,
There are no KPIs around adulting league,
No KB articles sharing steps to inner peace,
Loving the work you do won't issue a press release.
